Title: Program parameters

 Hello, a couple easy questions:

• Do we already have an implemented way to access the program string parameters passed to a program (AKA COMMAND$), or i need to make my own?
• Do we already have an implemented way to access the program environment parameters (AKA ENVIRON$), or i need to make my own?
