Hi Frank,
I think you are asking about using drag-and drop to place components into an Opengl scene or Windows GUI. That is a very interesting idea. It requires a simple interpreter, and script files to specify the objects you want to drop into the scene. You could do this in a simple way, or use standard file formats used for import/export in CAD or 3d object builders.
