 I see Fmod is a well maintained library. I wonder if it will support direct wave synthesis in memory or does it have to load from a file. It would be interesting to create sounds dynamically.

But there is nothing new as far as I can see.

Its just "direct wave synthesis in memory".

Have you ever tried OpenAl? I know it does not support all the audio formats covered by Bass but it is generic and has fewer licensing restrictions.

I just download zip from attachment and my 7zip archiver unpack properly
package without any error.
Maybe your archiver do something wrong,or maybe bad internet conection cose errors in zip. ;)
