I just read topic on thinBasic forum...hehehe
BUT real question is why Mike Lobanovsky is now interested for thinBasic... ::)
I think that this is because nobody visit FBSL foum ... ;D :D

I assume that is 30% Win32 API and the rest is your math wizardry. As cool as that might sound, who would use something like this?

  • Closed source.
  • No docs except a few recycled games you have done in the past.
  • Windows 32 bit only.
  • No use of advanced hardware acceleration techniques.

If your library was documented, I could see it as being used to teach basic graphic primitives. I'm not saying anything you haven't heard a dozen times or more from various low level programmers that are members here. This post is not to discourage you in any way from sharing your creative approaches but don't get upset when folks aren't aligning themselves with your beliefs in graphics programming.

Of course that you are better programmer then mr.Lobanovsky .
So he use SDL...aiiii ... i don't know that Peter..
I see that he talk from HIGH points and yes i'm right it looks that he is boring
or maybe lonely on freakin' FBSL forum.
I see that he inputing to you how you must configure folders/files paths...ha ha

it is clear that he don't have a clue about some things  ::)

by the way Lobanowski is not bad programer but he don't understand some things.
/ do you see his Eclecta editor ...geee this thing need one minute to load file then in some cases crush

I'm not the one defending my direction.

I manage an embeddable scripting API open source project and helping Charles with the C BASIC project. (where my focus is)

I stated my opinion about your graphic libraries and I'm not willing to argue with you over the facts.
