OOP can be a leaky bucket and may create more problems than it solves if not handled carefully.
I would not normally put core windows procedures inside a class but let's see how far we can go with this idea.

Peter, you can still program without OOP in Oxygen. It is just so neat that it is there if someone wants to use it.
