my own set of tools

They are GDImage and WinLIFT that have been already converted to 64-bit, and they can be used with any 64-bit language.
There is no nag screen in the 64-bit version and they can be used for free, as long as they are not used in a commercial project.
Just the same than for Bass.dll from Ian Luck.
