https://sourceforge.net/projects/oxygenbasic/files/Extract the folder from the zip file and Oxygen is almost ready for use. You will need to unblock the Help file by right clicking on it, selecting properties and then you should find an option to Unblock towards the bottom of the panel.
The Alpha version is very frequently updated - often once a day. This phase of development is likely to continue until the end of December 2010, so be prepared for a few bumps along the way
A Log file is kept in the folder summarising all the changes made to the package. It is named with a serial number at the end.
As of today the latest release is Alpha011
