cdecl can go into the xtern statement, if it applies to several functions, or it can be applied to individual functions:

extern lib "mylib.dll" cdecl
! myproc alias "MyProc" (..)
end extern

extern lib "mylib.dll"
! myproc cdecl alias "MyProc" (..)
end extern
