I was not aware about Mike's health status until the end of last year, and it was shocking for me to read his description of his condition. And now it turns out that the situation was and is much worse. It is just terrible.

Mike started experiencing multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, which is an indicator of the last stages of life.
Toxins are increasing in the blood. The doctor gives him maybe up to 3 more days.

My wish for Mike is they give him as much morphine he can tolerate and play his favorite rock music through earphones. I wish I could be there to say goodbye and give him a hug for everything he has done in his life to help others.

One lesson life doesn't teach us is how to let go so we are stuck with grief.

The Final Border

Sugar coated death explanation.

I believe most of the events he refers to is the natural shutdown cycle that occurs. The mind is the master of self preservation and death is the exit door. It could be the portion of our brain we don't use in life is saved for the death experience as the final safety net.

One should consider composting rather that other burial methods. It now legal in WA state.
