Thank you for correcting me.  Yes, besides having you banned from the MB forum, you were also banned at my request from the Patch Lab's forum.

Do you feel lucky and want to try for three in a row?

Hi Aurel,

On VirusTotal, we usually get false positives from Antivir. I tested the 32 and 64 bit binaries of one of my Apps: projectsA/OpenglGui/Viewer. The 32 bit binary was flagged by Antivir  but none of the other 48.

One possible solution is to release 64 bit binaries, but you would also need to have a 64bit Windows Scintilla.

However, the virus checker on my PC (Avast) is so aggressive, I often have to turn off the shields to download binaries. I presume it uses high-speed but rather paranoid algorithms to block anything that looks unusual.

Hi Charles
Hmm i am not sure what to do.
First i will change include file by removing all Bind commands
and create my include in old fashion way like
Declare Function ....
then i will see...

By the way I also use Avast and don't have any malware alert.

What is usually reported?  False reports tend to often be for rather generic viruses, rather benign ones.  What was being reported for Aurel's EXEs were known viruses and rather serious.

I have said for years, that AV programs routinely change heuristic algorithms intentionally to create more false positives in an effort to look better than the competition.
