Amazing, simply amazing! It was John who asked for a free copy of EZGUI, who started the EZGUI thread and who keeps asking Chris if he has given up...

In open source terms, that's what called facilitating a project beside the hard costs I contribute month after month.

What is amazing is that you started it, not Chris, and now you say "So if any of the other spammers like EZGUI [...]."

My point was calling SB spam is like calling someone a niger. There has been a huge effort by multiple contributors (including Charles) and has been production stable since 2003. I don't know of a better scripting language based on the BASIC dialect.

I didn't write Script BASIC, but I have serious ownership in the project.

How much costs to host a forum? I have googled for it and, coincidentally, the first one that I have found is based in London: https://www.pickaweb.co.uk/web-hosting/compare-hosting/

But you already have a forum devoted entirely to ScriptBasic, although it has little traffic, and another, "All Basic", devoted to all kind of Basic's...

When somebody posts here a question about O2, isn't useful at all that you post a SB script. What would you think if I did the same and posted PowerBasic of FreeBasic code? We aren't calling SB spam, what we are saying is that you are spamming this forum.

If I were intererested in SB, I will register in the SB forum.

I will contain my posts to the DLLC sub-board when a SB / O2 question comes up.

I have been working with Charles for years refining DLLC. Charles has a huge investment of his time in SB.

We are not talking about you and Charles, we're talking about SB and O2. Or rather SB vs. O2. There seems to be too much of the former here -- to the extent where the primary purpose of this forum tends to become obscure. Imagine Eros coming here only to post daily snippets of his interpretative thinBasic code under a pretense of having thinOxygen bundled with his product. Can you? I can't, because it's only too obvious for me (and Eros, for that matter) that interpretation techniques can almost never aid a machine code compiler or teach it a lesson or two. So how can your SB elaborations help the O2 developer or user's immediate needs?

I will contain my posts to the DLLC sub-board when a SB / O2 question comes up.

Thank you. This is the minimum you could do to bring the situation back to a tolerable level.
